BODY EXPRESSION

It is the oldest form of communication between human beings, even before to written and spoken language. Body expression can be defined as that technique, which through the body, tries to interpret sensations and feelings. It is the way to express sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts. In this way, the body becomes an irreplaceable instrument of human expression that allows you to get in touch with the environment and with others. The fundamental elements in body expression are the body, the space and the time, which converge and interact manifesting in the movement. Corporal Expression emerges as a current of Physical Education in the decade of the 60s, oriented towards creativity and free expressiveness of the body, promoting another way of treating movement where body, space and time are agglutinated.  The Body Expression´s goals are the development of the imagination, the pleasure of play, improvisation, spontaneity and creativity. The result is an enrichment of daily activities and personal growth. In addition, it teaches to find more profound and integral communication modalities, which impacts on the encounter with the others. Body expression enriches children's body language, fostering awareness and expression of their feelings.
The Body Expression should be part of the curriculum of E. F. because the person is a social being that needs interaction with others, for which he uses different instruments (sounds, words, gestures); the personality begins to be structured from the corporal experiences and is modified with the relational experiences and it is a way of well-being and personal satisfaction.

Purposes of the body expression

  • The communication with the world that surrounds us through the body and movement.
  • The creativity and spontaneity.
  • It constitutes a way of social integration. Improves self-esteem, self-assessment and socialization.

In short, the main objective of Body Expression is to manifest feelings and sensations through the movement of one's body, which will be the main instrument of corporal expression. In addition, relationships with space and time will be established, to give rise to expressive movements and manifestations. The Expression and Body Communication is basic, necessary and fundamental for the development of the student in the educational field and outside of it.

Vivaldi.

Resultado de imagen de vivaldi
Antonio Lucio Vivaldi was a composer, violinist, teacher and Venetian Catholic priest of the Baroque. He was nicknamed "Il prete rosso" for being a priest and readhead. He had reinvented the genre of the concert, the most important of his time. He composed more than 770 pieces, the most famous are The Four Seasons, a serie of concerts for violin and orchestra.

Morning Mood
I think the composer transmits the title meaning in a good manner because somehow i relate the melody of music with the morning. I would like to wake up every day with that music, it transmits good mood to me.
