WE ARE WHAT WE EAT.

BREAKFAST
Milk with Nesquik and some chocolate biscuits.

BREAK
Sandwich.

LUNCH
Rice with fried eggs and fish, and fruit for dessert.

SNACK
Fruit.

DINNER
Chicken steak and salad and for dessert fruit


THINGS TO IMPROVE:
Don't eat or eat less biscuits for breakfast.
Eat a piece of fruit or juice for breakfast.

    You must remember that eat fruit is healthier than drink juice, because a piece of fruit contains less sugar and more fiber than juice, which contains large amounts of sugar and provides less fiber to the body.
